Gillanders is an established and growing firm, founded in January 1999 and operating from offices in the heart of the beautiful Regency town of Cheltenham in Gloucestershire. 

Our motto and ethos is “working with you” and, to this end, we like our clients to feel that when they instruct us they can be assured of competent and expert legal advice tailored to the problem in hand and to their own circumstances. We aim to combine an efficient and comprehensive service for our many business clients with the personal service so important to the individual.

The Partners

Don Gillanders

Don is the senior partner and founder of the firm. He qualified in 1983 and has since specialised in most aspects of property law – conveyancing, commercial property, leases and corporate law. 

Mark Lynham

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and was previously a partner in a firm in East London. His main area of specialism is civil litigation, including employment law, personal injury and commercial disputes. He is also an experienced probate lawyer in the administration of estates and the writing of Wills.
